Rothbury, whilst that vessel was lying in the Thames on the 2nd June, and John Cordner, father of the lad, was summoned as the security on the indentures. - Capt. Cutting the owner of the vessel, gave evidence as to the desertion, and Frank Cordner was committed to Durham for four weeks whilst the father was ordered to pay £5 damages and the costs of the court.
